1.2 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

AnyAirportTransfer.com operates as a technology platform connecting travelers with professional transportation service providers ("Drivers" or "Service Providers") for airport transfers and related ground transportation services.

2.2 Our Role

We act as an intermediary between users and Service Providers. We do not own, operate, or control the vehicles or employ the drivers. The transportation service is provided by independent third-party Service Providers.

2.3 Services Offered
  • Airport to city center transfers
  • City center to airport transfers
  • Point-to-point ground transportation
  • Hourly vehicle hire services
  • Group transportation services
2.4 Service Availability

Services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We do not guarantee that Services will be available at all times or in all locations.

3. Booking & Reservations
3.1 Making a Booking

To make a booking, you must:

  1. Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
  2. Select the appropriate vehicle type for your needs
  3. Provide valid flight details for airport pickups
  4. Specify the number of passengers and luggage
  5. Provide contact information including phone number and email
  6. Complete payment as required
3.2 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Booking reference number
  • Transfer details (date, time, locations)
  • Vehicle and driver information (when available)
  • Total price and payment confirmation
  • Cancellation policy and terms
3.3 Booking Modifications

Modifications to confirmed bookings may be requested up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes may be subject to availability and price adjustments. To modify a booking:

  • Log into your account and access "My Bookings"
  • Contact our customer support team
  • Changes must be confirmed in writing
3.4 Flight Delays

We monitor flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time at no additional cost. No action is required from you unless your flight is cancelled or significantly rerouted.

4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Price Transparency

All prices displayed during booking are final and include:

  • Base transfer fee
  • All applicable taxes and service fees
  • Road tolls and parking fees
  • Flight tracking and monitoring
  • Meet and greet service
  • Standard wait time (60 minutes for airports, 15 minutes for other pickups)
4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
4.3 Payment Processing

Payment is required at the time of booking. By providing payment information, you:

  • Authorize us to charge the full amount to your payment method
  • Confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method
  • Agree that we may store your payment information for future bookings
4.4 Currency

Prices are displayed in the local currency of your pickup location. Currency conversion rates are applied at the time of booking.

4.5 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra stops not included in original booking (minimum $10 per stop)
  • Excessive wait time beyond standard allowance (Minimum $1 per minute)
  • Extra luggage beyond vehicle capacity
  • Cleaning fees for vehicle damage or excessive mess ($50-$200)
  • Toll roads or parking fees not anticipated in original quote
4.6 Gratuities

Tips are not included in the fare and are not mandatory. If you wish to tip your driver, you may do so in cash or add a tip through the platform after your transfer.

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation by User

Free Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup

Partial Refund: 50% refund if cancelled between 24-6 hours before pickup

No Refund: No refund if cancelled less than 6 hours before pickup

5.2 Cancellation Process

To cancel a booking:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to "My Bookings"
  3. Select the booking to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
  5. You will receive cancellation confirmation via email
5.3 No-Show Policy

If you do not show up at the designated pickup location and do not contact us within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

5.4 Cancellation by Service Provider

In rare cases, your booking may be cancelled by the Service Provider due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will:

  • Notify you immediately
  • Attempt to arrange alternative transportation
  • Provide a full refund if alternative cannot be arranged
5.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government restrictions.

6. User Responsibilities
6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all bookings. This includes:

  • Correct pickup and drop-off addresses
  • Valid flight information
  • Accurate passenger count and luggage details
  • Working contact phone number
6.2 Punctuality

You agree to be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Drivers will wait for the standard wait time, after which additional charges may apply.

6.3 Appropriate Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat drivers with respect and courtesy
  • Not engage in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior
  • Follow all safety instructions provided by the driver
  • Not consume illegal substances in the vehicle
  • Not cause damage to the vehicle
  • Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts
  • Not smoke in the vehicle
6.4 Safety Compliance

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring child safety seats are properly used if provided
  • Supervising minors throughout the transfer
  • Following all safety protocols and instructions
6.5 Luggage

You are responsible for:

  • Declaring all luggage accurately during booking
  • Ensuring luggage fits within the selected vehicle capacity
  • Supervising your own luggage loading and unloading
  • Not transporting prohibited or dangerous items
7. Driver Conduct & Standards
7.1 Professional Standards

All Service Providers in our network must:

  • Hold valid professional driver's licenses
  • Maintain clean driving records
  • Pass comprehensive background checks
  • Be fluent in English
  • Maintain professional appearance
  • Provide courteous and respectful service
7.2 Vehicle Standards

All vehicles must:

  • Be no more than 7 years old
  • Pass regular safety inspections
  • Be clean and well-maintained
  • Have functioning air conditioning
  • Carry appropriate commercial insurance
7.3 Reporting Issues

If you experience any issues with driver conduct or vehicle condition, please report it immediately to our customer support team.

8. Liability & Insurance
8.1 Limited Liability

AnyAirportTransfer.com acts as a technology platform connecting users with Service Providers. We are not liable for:

  • Actions or omissions of Service Providers
  • Accidents, injuries, or damages during transportation
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances
  • Missed flights or connections
8.2 Service Provider Insurance

All Service Providers carry commercial liability insurance as required by law. Claims for damages or injuries should be directed to the Service Provider's insurance company.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transfer in question.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnyAirportTransfer.com, its affiliates, and Service Providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of AnyAirportTransfer.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

  • Resale or commercial use of the Services
  • Collection and use of product listings or descriptions
  • Derivative use of the Services or content
  • Use of data mining, robots, or similar tools
9.3 Trademarks

10. Dispute Resolution
