How do I book an airport transfer?
Booking with AnyAirportTransfer is simple and secure. Enter your pickup location (airport or address), destination, date, and time on our homepage. Select your preferred vehicle from our range of options, review the fixed price, and complete your booking with just a few clicks. You'll receive instant confirmation via email with all your transfer details.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons. However, we also accept last-minute bookings subject to driver availability. For group transfers or special requirements, we suggest booking at least 48-72 hours ahead.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, you can modify your booking details such as flight time, pickup location, or vehicle type. Simply log into your account or contact our 24/7 customer support team. Please note that modifications should be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled pickup time to avoid any issues.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
You'll need to provide your pickup location (airport terminal or address), drop-off address, date and time, flight number (for airport pickups), number of passengers, and any special requirements such as child seats or extra luggage. This helps us ensure your driver is prepared and on time.
Do you offer round-trip bookings?
Absolutely! You can book both your arrival and departure transfers in a single reservation. Round-trip bookings often come with special discounts, and you'll have the same professional service for both journeys.
Cancellation & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time with a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-6 hours before pickup incur a 50% charge, and cancellations within 6 hours of pickup are non-refundable. This policy helps us fairly compensate our drivers while giving you flexibility.
How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking easily through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team via phone, email, or live chat. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation and refund details (if applicable) within minutes.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Don't worry! We monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled, please contact us immediately and we'll help you reschedule or process a full refund.
Can I change my pickup time or location?
Yes, modifications are possible up to 6 hours before your scheduled pickup. Log into your account or contact our support team to make changes. Please note that significant changes to pickup location may result in a price adjustment.
Payment & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! The price you see during booking is the final price you pay. Our transparent pricing includes all taxes, tolls, and fees. There are no surge pricing or hidden charges. The only additional costs would be if you request extra stops or services not included in your original booking.
How is the price calculated?
Our prices are based on the distance between pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle type selected, and any additional services requested (such as child seats or extra luggage). We use fixed pricing, so you'll never be charged extra for traffic delays or longer routes.
Do I need to tip the driver?
Tips are not included in the fare and are not mandatory. However, if you're happy with your service, gratuities are appreciated by our drivers. You can add a tip during booking or give it directly to your driver in cash.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed immediately after cancellation confirmation. The funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Service & Transfer Details
How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name sign with your name on it. You'll receive their contact details and photo via SMS/email before your flight lands. If you have any trouble locating them, our 24/7 support team is just a call away.
What if I have extra luggage?
Standard luggage allowance varies by vehicle type. During booking, you can specify your luggage requirements, and we'll recommend the appropriate vehicle. Extra luggage fees may apply for exceptionally large or numerous items. All our vehicles have adequate trunk space for typical travel luggage.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes! Child seats are available upon request at the time of booking. Please specify the age and weight of your child so we can provide the appropriate seat (infant, toddler, or booster). Child seats are provided free of charge and comply with all safety regulations.
Can I make additional stops during my transfer?
Yes, you can request additional stops during booking or notify your driver. Please note that extra stops may incur additional charges depending on the distance and time required. For the best experience, we recommend adding stops during the booking process.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
We offer a range of vehicles to suit every need: Economy sedans (1-3 passengers), Standard sedans (1-3 passengers), Business class vehicles (1-3 passengers), SUVs (1-5 passengers), Vans (1-7 passengers), and minibuses for larger groups. All vehicles are well-maintained, air-conditioned, and no more than 7 years old.
Are your drivers professional and licensed?
Absolutely! All our drivers are professionally licensed, have a minimum of 3 years driving experience, and undergo thorough background checks. They are fluent in English, trained in customer service, and knowledgeable about local routes and airports.

In the rare event that your driver is not at the meeting point, first try calling them using the contact details sent to you. If you cannot reach them, contact our emergency support line immediately. We'll quickly arrange an alternative driver at no extra cost.
How do I report an issue with my transfer?
We take all feedback seriously. If you experienced any issues, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of your transfer. Provide your booking reference and details of the issue, and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly, including issuing refunds if appropriate.
